Richard is an award winning Top Performer for several healthcare Insurance companies like: Anthem Health, TouchStone Health, Emblem Health and United Healthcare. As a Regional Sales Manager for United Healthcare, he developed, trained, and managed one of the Top Sales Teams in the New York State market.
As the EVP of Sales & Agent Development for MCare1, Richard Munoz works closely with the Marketing & Operations team to create and develop Agent engagement programs for community & field sales support for the Agent Broker channels. He supports the Agent Broker channels with marketing site development, Agent onboarding, community outreach, provider relations, sales processes, and enrollment tools. Richard is directly responsible for the recruitment and development of some of the Top Performing Sales Agents in the MCare1 National network and continues to provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the growing Agent Broker channels within the MCare1 organization.
