With multiple performance awards from some of the largest health insurance companies, he is a well-respected agent leader and Medicare industry professional.

Federico was an award-winning performance leader at Touchstone Health and United Healthcare for over eight years. He is an effective strategist, responsible for creating multiple community outreach projects for agents in the areas of provider engagement and pharmacy marketing initiatives, as well as developing marketing sites and business development opportunities for many agent brokers.

He provides strategic oversight across multiple levels of the Mcare1 organization, including finance, compliance, and enrollment platform operations. Federico is highly proficient in Market Prominence, MedicareCRM, BConnected, ePaces, MARx, and MedicareCenter.

Federico holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany.
